Our Award-Winning Whiskey Thief Prototype Winter Gin 2025 release is a barrel-rested gin crafted in Kentucky from a whiskey mash bill. Infused with a nuanced blend of botanicals - including juniper, zante currants, angelica root, licorice root, orris root, coriander, star anise, allspice, ginger, sweet almonds, cardamom, clove, and rosebuds - this limited winter expression rests for two full years in a barrel before being bottled at 100 proof.
