Our Award-Winning Whiskey Thief Prototype Spring Gin has returned with our 2026 release.

Distilled from grain in Kentucky using a whiskey mash bill, this seasonal-release gin layers classic juniper with an expressive blend of lemongrass, clove, orange peel, green cardamom, coriander, rosehip, red clover, licorice root, mugwort, anise, sweet woodruff, and hibiscus.

The result is a floral-forward, citrus-kissed gin with warming spice, herbal depth, and unmistakable Kentucky character — all bottled at a bold 100 proof.
